Winter Wine & Ale Fest in Cleveland: What you need to know

Tickets are on sale for the Winter Wine & Ale Fest taking place Nov. 18 in downtown Cleveland’s Global Center for Health Innovation, 1 St. Clair Ave. NE.

Samplings from Ohio’s breweries and restaurants and wines from international wineries have been hand selected for the evening.

The $40 general admission ticket, good from 8 to 11 p.m., entitles its holder to 10 food tastes and 10 wine or beer tastes. The $75 VIP ticket includes early entry at 7 p.m., unlimited food samples, 20 beer or wine tastings, a commemorative tasting glass and a complimentary coat check.

Participating breweries include Brew Kettle, Wild Ohio, Hoppin’ Frog and a dozen more, while wineries include Sensi, Just Peachy, Rive Della Chiesa, Frank Family, Chateau Pilet and Graziano. Dining destinations providing food include Adega at the 9, Ruth’s Chris, Boney Fingers BBQ, Wild Spork, Elements Bistro and Mallorca.
