What: The inaugural INKCARCERATION Music and Tattoo Festival
Where: The Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield. (about80 minutes from Cleveland)
When: Performances start at 3 p.m. on July 13 and go through July 15.
Why you should go: The INKCARCERATION Music and Tattoo Festival will feature dozens of various musical acts as well as over 70 local and regional tattoo artists from the Midwest region. Bush, Black Label Society, and Rise Against will be among the more well-known musical acts that will be performing throughout the weekend.
The venue itself, the Ohio State Reformatory, is also a tourist attraction that is well-known as the “Shawshank Prison” in the film “The Shawshank Redemption.”
How much: Single-day general admission tickets start at $65, while weekend general admission tickets start at $165. Parking passes are available starting at $20. Camping packages for the event are also available starting at $175.
