Hello Bistro opens in Beachwood

“Hello, Cleveland!” says Hello Bistro.

The fast-casual restaurant opens its first Cleveland-area location at 2101 Richmond Road in Beachwood (at Beachwood Place) on May 16. To mark the occasion, the restaurant has a special Hello, Cleveland Salad available for a limited time.

From a news release:

At Hello Bistro, Clevelanders will enjoy the good things in life, like the ultimate salad experience which means unlimited toppings and fresh ingredients all chopped to order with no dreaded scale waiting at the end. Guests have the option to create their own salad or try one of Hello Bistro’s most popular salad masterpieces like the Apple Almond Crunch Salad or the Caribbean Shrimp Salad. …

Salads aren’t for everyone and that’s okay, because Hello Bistro also offers juicy burgers, like the Mushroom & Onion Jack Burger and fresh hand-cut French fries.

But wait, there’s more! Hello Bistro has teamed up with The Greater Cleveland Food Bank for a program called #GiveSomeGreen. #GiveSomeGreen is the restaurant’s unique way of giving back to the community. Anytime a designated #GiveSomeGreen menu item is ordered at the Beachwood location, the restaurant will donate one pound of produce to the local food bank. The #GiveSomeGreen designated menu items change throughout the year.

Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Online ordering will be available at hellobistro.com.

Hello Bistro is part of the Eat’n Park Hospitality Group (though it doesn’t appear that fries are part of the salad bar).
