What you should eat: The Maple Bourbon-Glazed Brussels Sprouts had a bitterness that was expertly countered with the glaze. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich was topped with a very good coleslaw with a sweetness tempered by just the right amount of sriracha.
