Looking for a cocktail for Father’s Day?
Since its invention in the 19th century, the martini has remained a popular drink of choice. The 11 botanicals and unusual infusion of cucumber and rose petals in Hendrick’s Gin further heighten this classic of classic cocktails.
This recipe is provided by William Grant & Sons.
Hendrick’s Gin Martini
- 5 parts Hendrick’s Gin
- 1 part Dry Vermouth
Combine Hendrick’s and vermouth in a mixing glass with a good amount of ice. Stir smoothly for 20 seconds or until the mixture is very cold, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Express the oils of a lemon peel over the glass and then discard said peel. Garnish with a slice of freshly cut cucumber and enjoy this delicately balanced cocktail.
