Why you should go: Out of all the country concerts I have been to, four have been Jason Aldean’s because they are just flat-out fun. Aldean knows how to work a crowd, from the people in the pit to all the way in the nosebleeds. He knows how to keep everyone involved and on their feet. Not to mention, his music hits all the important topics like love and drinking whiskey. On top of relatable lyrics, Aldean is a pro on the guitar and him and his band often break out into jam sessions on stage. After the shooting during his Las Vegas show, Aldean hasn’t really slowed down; if anything, he puts even more into his tours then before.
Special guest Luke Combs is just the cherry on top of this lovely country-filled night. Combs has hits under his belt such as “Hurricane” and “When It Rains It Pours.” You will be singing along all night.
If you love country music, this is the perfect opportunity to see an awesome show with even better music. You won’t regret it.
Song recommendation: At first I thought about recommending my all-time favorite Aldean song, which is “This I Gotta See.” But I decided I should suggest more of an upbeat party song so you can get a taste of what this concert might feel like. So, I recommend you crack a beer and blast “My Kinda Party,” an oldie but a goodie. It always gets me feeling ready for the weekend, and it definitely will have you ready for a night at Blossom. Aldean typically has this one on his set list, so if you aren’t a country fan but decide to join your friends, at least you’ll know one song.
