No rum? No problem. Try Tullamore D.E.W. Caribbean Rum Cask, made by finishing the original triple distilled, triple blend Irish whiskey in Demerara Rum Casks, according to a news release. The result is a beautiful blend of tropical fruit and warm spice flavors, ideal for a Piña Colada.

- 1 ½ part Tullamore D.E.W. Caribbean Rum Cask
- ½ part Calvados
- ¼ part caramel syrup
- ¼ part fig syrup
- ½ part pineapple juice
- ¼ part half and half
- 1 tsp Coco Lopez
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into Pina Colada glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and pineapple wedge.
