Charming Cleveland pizzeria Il Rione does what it does well

What: Il Rione, a pizzeria that serves New York-style pizza and salads.

When it’s open: 4 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 4 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Why you should go: The area right around Il Rione “has been referred to as the West Side Little Italy.” The restaurant has chosen to have a small menu they do really well, that extends from its pizza offerings to the four cocktails offered from the bar.

What you should eat/drink: There are a few different options, starting with three basic meatless pies — a Margherita ($13/$17), a White ($13/$17) and a marinara ($11/$15) — to which you can add a number of toppings, each for an additional price.
