Enjoy this fall favorite made with Reyka Vodka, which hails from Iceland and even uses lava rocks as a natural filtration system to create a silky smooth finish.

Fall Bellini
- 1 part Reyka Vodka
- ¾ part spiced syrup*
- 8-10 parts sparkling champagne

Add ingredients to flute and garnish with Baby’s Breath.
*Spiced syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 10 cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick (2 ½ inches)
- 1 star anise
- 1 peel from an orange
Bring to a boil in a pot. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool completely. Fine strain and bottle.
