Honey Bee
- 1 ½ part Flor de Caña 7
- ¾ part fresh lemon juice
- ½ part honey syrup (1:1 Honey: Water)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Shake first three ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into flute. Top with 1 part Prosecco.
