Paws & Claus Pet Parade set at Carlisle Reservation

Dress your dog in holiday finery, and then trek to Carlisle Visitor Center, 12882 Diagonal Road in LaGrange, for the Paws & Claus Pet Parade from 2:30-4 p.m. Dec. 9.

Walk the Children’s Nature Discovery Trail, also known as the train trail, at Carlisle Reservation and meet others who enjoy the holidays with their canine buddies.

Bring a camera to photograph your furry friend with Santa.

Dogs must be on a leash no more than six feet long. Also, this program is outdoors only, so dogs will not be allowed inside the visitor center or in the Raptor Center courtyard.

The meet and greet with Santa is free, but a donation is requested of canned pet food to benefit Lorain County Friendship APL.
