You can have your pie and drink it, too, with this Highland Orchard cocktail. The smooth and refined taste of Milagro Añejo is the result of it aging for 18 months in American oak barrels — six months longer than most añejos.

- 1 ½ parts Milagro Añejo
- ½ part fresh lime juice
- 1 barspoon tamarind concentrate
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 parts Sidral Mundet apple soda
- Red apple slice
Combine ingredients except soda and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with apple soda. Garnish with a red apple slice.
