Cleveland Museum of Art has two-day Valentine’s celebration planned

Ever take a date to the Cleveland Museum of Art?

The folks at CMA hope you’ll spend one of two lovey-dovey days there “to participate in love-inspired art ideas,” as a recent news release says.

From the release:

The Cleveland Museum of Art will host two days of programs celebrating love in all its forms, on Wednesday, February 13, and Thursday, February 14. Highlights include a #CMALoveStory giveaway, a pop-up Open Studio in the Ames Family Atrium, love-inspired guided tours, self-guided tours via the ArtLens App and featured artwork on the ArtLens Wall. Provenance will also offer a drink and dessert special.

The release also notes CMA members will get exclusive discounts at the restaurant, café and store.

Also, guests are encouraged to share their experiences with the hashtag #CMALoveStory on social media — you could win something by doing so.

Says the release:

Love comes in many forms. This Valentine’s Day, visit the CMA and take a photo of an artwork that exemplifies love to you. Share the photo on Instagram with #CMALoveStory for a chance to win a $100 food and beverage gift certificate to the museum’s fine dining restaurant, Provenance, and two tickets to and the exhibition catalogue for Georgia O’Keeffe: Living Modern. A winner will be randomly selected at noon on Friday, February 15.
