What: Fire & Ice Wine Weekend
When: 12 pm – 11 pm, Friday March 8 – Saturday March 9 and 12 pm – 6 pm, Sunday March 10
Why you should go: The Winery at Spring Hill is celebrating its 10 Year Anniversary and they are happy to pack the weekend full of drink and food specials. It is the perfect way to spend your time on a cold weekend. Friday will include the debut of their newest hard cider called “Fired Up” along with live music by John Gall. Saturday enjoy a tasting of their dessert wines like “Frosted Apple” and “Frosted Red Raspberry” and live music plays all day with Ed Purcell followed by Light of Day Band. Sunday will shut out the Fire and Ice Wine weekend with continued cider and ice wine tastings and specials. Spring Hill is excited to welcome special guest celebrity Chef Lisa Pucci Delgado who will be preparing Sunday dinner at 2 pm. Reservations are required. Live music by Lyle Heath will end the weekend.
