Everything from Elvis to polka to folk jazz is offered this summer at concerts in Lorain County Metroparks.

- A Summer Patio Concert Series runs 6:30-8 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays from June through September at Miller Nature Preserve at 2739 Center Road in Avon. Food and beverages are available at the beautiful Orchid Cafe on site.
- Music Under the Stars is 7 p.m. June 9 and Sept. 8 at Lakeview Park at 1800 W. Erie Ave. in Lorain.
- Then a Lakeview Sunset Concert Series begins at 7 p.m. on Fridays in July at Lakeview Park in Lorain.
- Also, from 6:30-8 p.m. on Sundays in June through August a Mill Hollow Summer Concert Series is at Bacon Woods Amphitheater at Vermilion River Reservation at 51211 North Ridge Road near Vermilion. Download a trail map at http://www.metroparks.cc/trailmaps/2009/vermilion.pdf.
Bringing the youngsters? Let them follow the map for a family hike, then snuggle in, relax and enjoy the concert together.
