Plein air painting and drawing workshop dabbles outside historic Moore House

All levels of artists are welcome to practice traditional plein air painting and drawing 10-11:30 a.m. Aug. 17 in the back yard of the Moore House owned by Lorain Historical Society at 309 W. 5th St. in Lorain, according to a website at lorainhistory.org.

An instructor will give advice. Use viewfinders to find your composition and observe.

Acrylic paint, brushes and paper will be provided, but artists may bring their own supplies to work in other media.
