Stop by a Civil War era fashion show and brunch

“Threads of War: Fashion During the Civil War” is offered 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 11 in the upper level of Auburn Church by Century Village and Museum is at 14653 E. Park St. in Burton.

The speaker is Molly M. Sergi, Ph.D., professor of history at Kent State University, Geauga Campus.

Cost of $15 includes brunch and the Civil War fashion exhibit in a private viewing in the Law House.
