Musicians invited to listen, share and interact

The program is Maple Town Tune Traders 7-10 p.m. Oct. 24 in Oak Room B at The West Woods at 9465 Kinsman Road in Novelty, a part of the Geauga Park District. Empty Bowls by the Lake aims to combat hunger

Handmade bowls created and donated share a cause: to combat hunger in Northern Ohio. A fundraiser is 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 12 at the American Legion Post 211, 31972 Walker Road in Avon Lake. It benefits Second Harvest Food Bank of North Central Ohio, Community Resource Services and Lorain County Community College Commodore Cupboard food bank.
