‘Boogie Woogie Kid’ coming to Lakewood library

Lakewood Public Library is hosting Matthew Ball for a 2 p.m. Feb. 24 performance. Ball is also know as the Boogie Woogie Kid on YouTube where he has garnered more than 4 million views.
